I have studied, explored, and applied many bodies of knowledge and practices and as a result every year my experience of life continues to improve. I believe this journey of perpetual personal development is a primary purpose of life here on earth.

The better our own experience is, the more loving we are to ourselves, and by extension the more loving we are to everyone and everything that we interact with.
